PASA Admissions
We appreciate your interest in PASA!
We look forward to meeting your family and are here to help every step of the way. Please contact us if you have any questions about our application process.
PASA Admissions Policy
Please review the Admissions Policy below prior to submitting your application. Submission of your application indicates your agreement to the policies outlined below.
PASA welcomes any child regardless of race, religion, gender, ancestry, or national origin. We believe in providing equal care and attention to all children.
Children with special needs are considered for admission or readmission when the Director and/or appropriate licensing agencies determine the school and its facilities can meet the needs of the child without compromising either the care of that child or the care of other students.
Step 1 in the Application Process
To apply to PASA, please complete the Application Request form here.
This first step must be completed for all new applicants, even if you already have a sibling enrolled at PASA.
Completing this first step will add your child to Brightwheel. Brightwheel is the operating software used by our school to manage applications, admissions, and all school communication. (Please check your email and spam folders, as you will receive an invitation to join Brightwheel within 48-72 hours).
NOTE: If the above step is not completed, you will NOT receive the application during your round of admissions.
Step 2 in the Application Process
All completed applications received within an admissions round will be fully considered in that round of admissions decisions.
Applications received after February 12, 2025, are still welcome and are considered on a space-available rolling basis.

Step 3 in the Application Process
Letter of Admission and Contract will be sent via Brightwheel.
Application fees and deposits will be invoiced through Brightwheel and must be paid within five (5) days of receiving the contract.
Deposits not received within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your spot, and another child will be granted admission.
The returning family application fee is $45.00. The new family application fee is $85.00.
FYI’s and FAQ for the Application Process
Application fees are non-refundable, regardless of your child's admission status.
All application fees will be invoiced through Brightwheel at the time of application submission. PASA does not accept cash for application fees.
Any application submitted without the required application fee will not be considered in class placements.
Children on the waiting list will be placed in classes when spaces become available based on the order in which they appear on the list. The Director reserves the right to manage the waitlist process in such a manner as to ensure classes are balanced and diversely populated.
All tuition deposits are non-refundable.
All students with an outstanding balance from the previous or current year will be ineligible to apply to PASA for the next year.
If your account has an outstanding balance at the end of the school year, the child will be ineligible to attend PASA until the account balance is paid.
