Application Request Form

Are you interested in attending PASA? Please complete the following form, and we will add you to our Brightwheel system.

Upon receipt of the Brightwheel invitation, please ensure notifications are turned on. The application will be sent via Brightwheel in January 2026 for current and returning families and February 2026 for new families.

All applicants, including current families, must complete this form to receive the application for any new family members planning to attend PASA.

We can't wait to hear from you!

Our open enrollment period for the 2026-2027 school year has passed. Applications are still welcome and will be considered for placement on our waitlists if space becomes available on a rolling basis.

Open enrollment for the 2027-2028 school year will occur in February 2027.
