Application Request Form

Are you interested in attending PASA? Please complete the following form, and we will add you to our Brightwheel system.

Upon receipt of the Brightwheel invitation, please ensure notifications are turned on. The 2027-2028 school year application will be sent via Brightwheel in January 2027 for current and returning families and February 2027 for new families.

All applicants, including current families, must complete this form to receive the application for any new siblings planning to attend PASA.
